Argento Malbec 2010

“Deep and dark ruby red with purple accents. The nose reveals a rich and ripe fruit driven wine with lovely notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, and raspberry with supporting notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, clove, and allspice. The palate is just as generous and juicy with the flavors of freshly crushed berries lingering with subtle notes of spice, earth, and oak. A lovely bottle of wine and a terrific value.”

Argento Pinot Grigio “Cool Climate Selection” 2011

“Brilliant pale straw color. The nose is incredibly floral with generous notes of cantaloupe, peach, and nectarine with accents of red grapefruit, mineral, lemon zest, and clean straw. The palate echoes the nose being full bodied while sprite and vibrant with a generous dose of racy acidity that tames the rich, ripe fruit. Ideally balanced with good length and a pleasing texture.”
