Head Winemaker

Silvia developed a passion for winemaking while growing up in Mendoza. Her family has Italian roots, and her introduction to wine came as a young girl at her grandmother’s country house and family vineyards in Agrelo.

When not making wine, Silvia loves to spend time with her husband at their home in Lunlunta, growing her own fruit and vegetables and making homemade jams and chutneys. Inspired by her husband’s family heritage, Silvia enjoys learning how to cook Arabic cuisine.
